Fulton’s Crab House will open a new concept this fall called “Paddlefish”.
The re-imagined restaurant will welcome guests with a bow to stern update including interiors reflecting the crisp luxury of modern yachting, and new spaces include a lushly appointed rooftop lounge overlooking Disney Springs, outdoor waterfront bar featuring a “build your own” fish boil and private dining areas. The new menu stars fresh seafood with an oyster shucking bar, Florida stone crab and Alaskan king crab, with hearty steaks and chops, as well as classic and curated cocktails.
The new restaurant will also bring about the return of the working paddle-wheel on the back of what was once the Empress Lilly.

This is the most abused structure Imagineering ever designed.
I think they should make the Mark Twain (?) boat at MK serve a combination attraction/meet and greet/live entertainment and a grab and go kind of thing with Princess and the Frog overlay. During the evening it could be lit with lanterns and live jazz band grab and go with opportunity to have a live Jazz band Tiana and other characters can mingle with guests etc while traveling along the river at night. During the day one level could be designated for attraction only and the other for guests to sit down in shade and have a snack and non alcoholic beverage lol. Or rebuild the Empress Lily at Port Orleans as an upgraded Character Dining location with a Tiana theme. Guests can easily get to by boat from Disney Springs. It would be where people who like jazz and want to drink and enjoy a nice meal in a well themed restaurant. Just something I’ve thought should happen since the movie was released.
Definitely not Fultons! Definitely not a worth using two tables for dining plan. Food does not fit description on the menu. But won’t baseball on food was awesome cold and undercooked…
