The Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade at the Magic Kingdom has moved back to a 3PM start time as of January 1st, 2018.
In August 2017, the parade moved to 2pm daily to better accommodate Magic Kingdom hard-ticket event crowds who enter the park at 4pm, around the same time guests would leave after viewing the parade if it were at 3pm.
