REVIEW: Sleepy Hollow’s Gigantic Mickey Waffle at the Magic Kingdom

Sleepy Hollow is a quick service location in Liberty Square at the Magic Kingdom. This is the location for funnel cakes and the famous waffle sandwiches. Recently, the menu has changed to add a gigantic Mickey Waffle, and it’s even better than we imagined.

Mickey Waffle with Strawberries and Whipped Cream – $6.79

We opted for the strawberries and whipped cream, but there’s another version available with only powered sugar for a dollar less. The waffle is perfectly cooked and came out with a warm interior topped with chilled strawberries and a neat whipped cream smile. There’s many photogenic snacks in Magic Kingdom and around the parks, but the Cast Members here are taking time into making sure these are really fun and cute. It’s a large portion and easily shareable between a family. For two dollars more than a Mickey pretzel we feel there’s significant value in this fun treat.

  1. I like how it’s Sleepy Hollow Refreshments, and the berries make it look like a bloody decapitated Mickey head! “Tonight the horseman comes for you!”

  2. Who and why is someone sharing a normal sized waffle with their family for breakfast? haha. Sorry Topher, I guess I just have a normal adult appetite.
