Due to the upcoming expansion to the Disneyland Resort over the next 5 years, a fan favorite is set to return. We were told that sometime by the end of 2018, the very popular Walt Disney Imagineering Blue Sky Cellar will reopen. Many fans will remember the Blue Sky Cellar as the location for previews of upcoming projects coming to the Disneyland Resort. This was the main location to learn about projects such as World of Color, Buena Vista Street, Little Mermaid: Ariels Undersea Adventure, Carsland and more. When this location reopens, it will feature many of the upcoming projects happening at the Disneyland Resort.
Some of the upcoming projects to be featured will be the newly announced Marvel themed Super Hero Universe coming to Disney California Adventure starting in 2020. Also to be featured will be the all-new Resort hotel coming to the resort in 2021.
