New Magic Kingdom Overpass Ramps Will Open August 15th

Beginning Wednesday, August 15th, drivers traveling on northbound World Drive will be able to use a new overpass that will go over the lanes leading to the parking lot of the Magic Kingdom Park. Be sure to check out the following list to learn more about what will change and what will remain the same:
  • Drivers heading to Magic Kingdom-area resorts (including Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, Disney’s Contemporary Resort, and Disney’s Wilderness Lodge), Disney University and Center Drive should remain in the left lanes to continue straight on northbound World Drive across the new overpass.
  • Drivers heading to Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground will continue to exit from the right lane onto Vista Boulevard.
  • Drivers heading to the Magic Kingdom Park will exit World Drive to use the auto plaza.
Be sure to follow appropriate roadway signage and exercise caution when driving around this area.
