A new update of the My Disney Experience app has been released this week for iOS and Android. In this new version, you can directly purchase items from the Shop Disney App right from the new My Disney Experience app. Let’s take a journey of what this looks like below.
Here are the app release notes, you can buy merchandise directly on this app now instead of having to load another app.

Scroll down on the main home screen of the app and there’s the Buy Merchandise option.

Does anyone know if this changes allows people whose app stores are based outside the USA to use the lookup function? That’s been my major beef with it, as a CM trying to assist guests. Great app, but only if you live (and get your mobile device) in the US. All others are blocked from using Shop Disney Parks.
