Edna Mode and Jack-Jack will take center stage in “Auntie Edna,” a new Pixar short that will be included with the home video release of “Incredibles 2” when it hits digital, Blu-ray and DVD starting next month. “Incredibles 2” director Brad Bird revealed the first image from the short on his Twitter account on Wednesday.

The short, directed by “Incredibles 2” story supervisor Ted Mathot, explores what happened when Bob Parr (aka Mr. Incredible) left Jack-Jack with Edna for the night during the events of the film. There’s no word on what specifically we’ll see in “Auntie Edna,” but if the first image is any indication, we’re likely to see Edna experience Jack-Jack’s wide range of superpowers firsthand.
“Incredibles 2” will be released on digital October 23rd, and on Blu-ray and DVD November 6th.
