Spider-Man PS4 will be receiving its first set of downloadable content next week, along with three new costumes for the masked vigilante.
Part one of the three, Marvel’s Spider-Man: The Heist, will release next week on October 23 to kick off the DLC series Marvel’s Spider-Man: The City That Never Sleeps. The story will bring series favorite Black Cat into the game, and will introduce a larger narrative that will be interconnected throughout all three DLC releases. If you haven’t already, you can check out the trailer below.
Beyond story missions, the DLC will introduce a new enemy type, new crime missions, more trophies, and (drum roll please) three new suits.
On the left is the Resilient Suit, by Marvel illustrator Gabriele Dell’Otto. The middle suit is Spider-Man’s Scarlet Spider II, while the suit on the right, Spider-UK, is from the Spider-Verse.
An illustration from Marvel artist and suit designer Adi Granov has also been released in promotion for the new DLC. The art features Spider-Man chasing after Black Cat in good old New York City.
Marvel’s Spider-Man: The Heist can be purchased alone or together in the Marvel’s Spider-Man: The City That Never Sleeps bundle. The other two chapters in the DLC series will release in November and December.
