Get ready for more Spider-Man PS4, as part two of The City That Never Sleeps now has a release date.
On November 20th the next chapter of Marvel’s Spider-Man, titled Turf Wars, will become available for download either standalone ($9.99) or together in the DLC bundle ($24.99). The new DLC will also include three new suits for the web-head.
The story of Turfs Wars continues the events of last month’s DLC The Heist. Players will get to battle it out with Hammerhead, a more obscure villain that initially made his debut in the 1970s Amazing Spider-Man comics. Spider-Man and Yuri Watanabe team up to put a stop to the villain’s efforts to become the number one mobster in all of New York City. Check out the story trailer for the DLC below.
Aside from the story content, Turf Wars also includes new bases, crimes, challenges, trophies, and yes, more suits. The first of the three new suits (shown on the right) is the classic Iron Spider suit, inspired from the comics rather than Avengers: Infinity War, as is the case with the already included Iron Spider suit. The second suit (shown on the left) is the final MK suit, Spider-Armor MK I. Finally, there’s the Spider-Clan suit (middle) from the Marvel Mangaverse comics. This adds another animated suit to the roster, which should look nice when contrasted to the realistic aesthetic of Marvel’s Spider-Man.
Another piece of art from Marvel illustrator and suit designer Adi Granov has been shared along with the new DLC announcement. In this piece, Spidey is webbing up a baddie while sporting his Velocity Suit, which is already included in the game.
Part three of The City That Never Sleeps will be released sometime in December, but until then you can read about DLC part one here or check out our full video and written review for Marvel’s Spider-Man.
