It looks like the repairs to the outside of The Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor have finally been completed! A brand new sign for the attraction has been unveiled this week.
This sleeker design helps alleviate guest flow through the center avenue of the land.
The bulky spaceship design was removed back in September and the new sign ties into the new color scheme for the land, a throwback to the clean, 70’s aesthetic of when the park opened.
The sign mirrors the old design of the Tomorrowland Circle-Vision Theater, which operated from 1971 until it was converted into The Timekeeper in 1994.
What do you think of the new design? Is it bringing back retro vibes or keeping with the futuristic feel of Tomorrowland?
I love it! If they’re not going to keep the New Tomorrowland aesthetic, they should definitely revert to the OG Tomorrowland space-age futurism.
I don’t want retro vibes in a setting that’s supposed to be from the future.
The sign looks great, now they have to fix the drainage problem they have over there when it rains heavily.
