Conservation Station lovers, the wait is over! Disney has announced that Rafiki’s Planet Watch will open back up this summer. While they had originally promised that it would open sometime during the spring, we’ll take what we can get.

All elements of the area, including the Wildlife Express Train and the Affection Section will reopen this summer after an “extensive refurbishment”, where Disney supposedly reworked the area’s offerings to appeal more to today’s guests. It appears some elements of The Lion King will also be embedded into the attraction for the film’s 25th anniversary.

Rafiki’s Planet Watch temporarily closed on Saturday, October 20th, 2018.
