The Funnel Cake kiosk in World Showcase is open year-round, but something special is added for the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival. The Funnel Cake kiosk is located on the World Showcase Promenade between The American Adventure and the Japan pavilion. This year’s special features key lime. The 2019 Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival takes place March 6 – June 3, 2019.
