REVIEW: New Mickey and Minnie Waffle Sundae at Sleepy Hollow in the Magic Kingdom

One of the latest treats to  join the party for Mickey and Minnie’s Surprise Celebration is the Mickey and Minnie Waffle Sundae at Sleepy Hollow! We were particularly hyped to see Minnie in waffle form, so we made sure to make it out to the Magic Kingdom for a refreshing, creamy treat.

This adorable delight comes with Mickey and Minnie-shaped waffles and a scoop of vanilla ice cream topped with chocolate sauce, whipped cream, sprinkles, and a cherry.

(I guess they forgot our cherry.)

But no matter, since we got what we came for: an adorable Minnie Waffle!

The waffles were very fresh as they are all made on-site.

However, given how hot it was today (or any given day in Orlando, really), the ice cream did melt very fast. Like most of these special offerings, besides the added visual “character” element, there’s not much else going on here. If you’ve got a huge Minnie fan in your group, or already have a hankering for waffles and ice cream, then go ahead and get this. Otherwise, you aren’t missing out on much by skipping this special offering.

Like all other of Mickey and Minnie’s Surprise Celebration offerings, the Mickey and Minnie Waffle Sundae is available until May.
