In celebration of springtime and the 2019 Flower and Garden Festival, for a limited time, Minnie Mouse is hosting a Garden Party in the Odyssey Center at Epcot!
I don’t think there’s anyone out there who better commits to a theme than Minnie Mouse, so of course your girl got herself a new dress for the occasion. She’ll be doing meet & greets in this look inside the Odyssey Center building every day until May 6th, from 11 AM to 4 PM.
There’s also a cute flower wall additional photo opportunity available just for the Garden Party.
If you’re planning on showing up to the Garden Party, but you forgot all your best floral dresses at home, don’t worry, Minnie’s got you covered there, too. There’s a special pop up shop featuring a line of Spring inspired Dapper Day branded dresses and accessories.
Last but not least, this cute little Minnie’s Garden Party Dessert, priced at $7, is also available in the Odyssey Center until May 6th.
This was a white chocolate covered cheesecake on a base of carrot cake, with a white chocolate Minnie shaped dome on top filled with whipped cream.
To be honest, this cheesecake had a very strong citrus flavor, almost like a key lime. I didn’t mind, key lime is one of my favorite dessert flavors, but this is something to consider if you’re planning on ordering one of these, since that is not an advertised flavoring. I thought this little dessert was incredibly yummy, and I might be back to grab one again before they’re gone on Monday.
Minnie’s Garden Party is definitely a cute addition to the Flower and Garden Festival this year, and frankly I wish it was sticking around longer than just five days. Make sure you stop in the Odyssey Center for a visit before May 6th! Happy Spring!
