It’s a good day to be walking right down the middle of Main Street USA in Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom park, but then again, when is it not? We’re back for another photo report around the Most Magical Place on Earth, so let’s get started!
Let’s start the day off by checking in on the progress of TRON Lightcycle Power Run.
It looks like there have been a few more vertical supports that have gone up on the right side of the photo.
We are keeping an excited and anxious eye on this project as it continues to make progress. I can’t wait for this addition to Tomorrowland and Magic Kingdom.
In Fantasyland, most of the scrims around Castle Couture have finally come down! As we reported last month, this location has transitioned from a merchandise location to an extension of Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. There used to be signs on the outside of this location labeling it as Castle Couture, but with the scrim down those signs are missing, so we’ll see if this location ends up getting a new name, or just a Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique marquee instead.
In Pinocchio’s Village Haus, you can now order a Joffrey’s cold brew without having to wait in the usual long line outdoors in the Florida sun, and the Shakin Jamaican is always a good choice.
In Big Top Souvenirs, I found a new addition to the line of cute lil puffball keychains that have been flaoting around the parks for a while. It’s Marie from the Aristocats! These are priced at $9.99.
At the Tomorrowland D Tech location in Tomorrowland Light & Power Co., the new magnets we found at Disney Springs in the Marketplace Co-Op have arrived. Check out the full post to see all of the designs!
Last but not least, I also checked in on the progress of the pathway widening progress by Cinderella Castle. You can get a really good idea of what the new pathway is going to look like from that new outline, and I’m very anxious for this project to be completed, I miss taking this shortcut.
That’s all for my day around Magic Kingdom! Keep checking WDWNT for all the latest Disney Parks news, and we’ll see ya real soon!
