Something sweet has just rolled into the West Side of Disney Springs! We reported recently on the addition of new snack options coming to Disney Springs later this month, but it seems like the wait is already over. The new “Cookie Dough and Everything Sweet” Food Truck has arrived and we’re ready for it!
Springs Candy Taco – $6.00
Candy Monster Cookie Dough is covered in chocolate sauce, whipped cream, sprinkles, a cherry, and served in a waffle taco.
Minnie Mouse Dessert Taco – $7.00
Peanut Butter Fluff Cookie Dough is topped with caramel sauce, whipped cream, a cherry, and a chocolate Minnie bow, served in a waffle taco.
The Minnie Taco was our favorite. The peanut butter flavor cookie dough is incredible and the taco is like a red velvet waffle taco with chocolate around the edges. It’s way better than the plain waffle taco.
Celebration Parfait – $8.00
This treat comes with Celebration Cookie Dough, a Celebration Mickey cake, vanilla custard, strawberries, whipped cream, and a cherry.
With the Mickey parfait, it took forever to find the cookie dough. Celebration cookie dough is sweet like a birthday cake batter, with layers of custard, chunks of confetti cake, and strawberries.
Cold Brew Cookie Dough Sundae – $8.00
Cookies ‘n Cream Cold Brew Cookie Dough comes with chocolate sauce and a mini funnel cake.
Cookies and Cream Cold Brew didn’t have any coffee taste, despite cold brew in the name. It’s a very creamy taste with a giant funnel cake shoved into it.
Mickey or Minnie Funnel Cake – $10.00
A funnel cake topped with powdered sugar and Mickey or Minnie-shaped cookie dough.
Minnie-shaped cookie dough is served on a crispy funnel cake with regular chocolate chip cookie dough and a white chocolate bow. Pretty basic, but it will be popular with those who don’t like too many crazy flavors.
Cookie Dough Cup or Cone – $4.75
Flavors include Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter Fluff, Celebration, Cookies ‘n Cream Cold Brew, and Candy Monster. Overall, we found the P

Let us know in the comments if you’ll be stopping by the new food truck for some edible cookie dough!
