A permit filed with Orange County has indicated Disney has plans to install a variable message sign at the Magic Kingdom Toll Plaza. Signs like this are used to aid drivers when driving on portions of road that have constantly changing road patterns.
Where the sign may be installed is still not certain, but could aid guests in anything from which road to take to get to their destination, or current prices at the ticket booths. Currently, there are four directions guests can take just before and after the toll plaza. Magic Kingdom parking, the Speedway gas station, the Contemporary Resort, and Fort Wilderness.
