Welcome to a Marketplace Booth review for the 2019 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, taking place in the park from August 29 to November 23, 2019. This review will cover the Cool Wash kiosk located outside Test Track. This is a one-stop-shop for frozen treats to keep you cool as it makes its debut during the 2019 Food & Wine Festival. (Note that menu prices do not include tax!)

The new Cool Wash kiosk features seating and slush machines as well as a toppings bar.

You can DIY a combination of slush and toppings, or pick from preconfigured combinations.
Toppings include candy pebbles, boba pearls, spice drops, and popping candy (Pop Rocks.)

You’re given these cute themed menu tickets so you can check off what you want for your layered slush creation. We went with an “Annie”, which is Fanta Orange, Fanta Watermelon, and Fanta Blue Raspberry slush with boba pearls and spice drops. The “Tom” combo was Coca-Cola with Fanta Cherry and Fanta Banana, topped with candy pebbles and popping candy.
Here’s Tom’s layered slush creation. We weren’t as crazy about this one. in general, you kind of have to pull the straw to get each flavor as they’re layered and don’t really mix. The Pop Rocks and nerds are tart and and add a nice touch.
Annie’s mix was our favorite by far. If you go for the fruity slush, just stick with those. The spice drops were good, although little hard to chew because they were cold. Do keep in mind that the straw isn’t big enough to get pearls and drops through, so we do suggest grabbing a spoon.

The cocktail is poured and mixed to order and it even comes in a cute, plastic Food & Wine Festival cup.
The Coca-Cola Orange mixed perfectly with the gin, but the cup was definitely the star of the show here.
