This review will cover the Cool Wash kiosk located outside Test Track. This is a one-stop-shop for frozen treats to keep you cool as it makes its debut during the 2019 Food & Wine Festival. Toppings include candy pebbles, boba pearls, spice drops, and popping candy (Pop Rocks.)
