TRON Lightcycle Run has made an abundant of progress this week. With most of the focus lately being on the outdoor track, let’s dive in to see what progress was made since our last update.
From this angle, it looks like the outdoor curve that occurs after the launch had finally been built to meet the indoor portion of the coaster.
You can see the full ride built thus far from the launch area all the way to the indoor show building above.
From another vantage point, it was revealed that it had not quite met the indoor track yet. So close, and yet, so far away.
Soon, details like the outdoor canopy and building walls will be added to the attraction. If you’d like to see what the attraction will more or less look like when completed, you can view a video of the Shanghai coaster below:
The TRON Lightcycle Run coaster is scheduled to open at Magic Kingdom in time for Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary in 2021.
