REVIEW: Green Alien Holiday Macaron, Bruschetta Poultrium Pizza and Alpha Broccolius Parfait at Alien Pizza Planet – Holidays 2019 at Disneyland Park

OooooOOOOOOOhhh! Some new holiday food items have landed at Alien Pizza Planet, including the Bruschetta Poultrium Pizza and Alpha Broccolius Parfait! Are they out of this world? Let’s find out!

Bruschetta Poultrium Pizza (Tender chunks of chicken, house-made bruschetta, and assorted cheeses with spiced marinara sauce) – $8.99 per slice, $43.99 for a whole pie

The bruschetta pizza is a solid choice for pizza and bruschetta lovers alike. Was it the best pizza we have ever had? No. But we think pickey eaters would even enjoy this. The chicken had a nice flavor and the basil gave it that flavorful bruschetta kick we wanted.

The pizza is topped with bread crumbs to really hammer home the point.

If you are looking for a quick snack or meal, give this one a try.

Green Alien Holiday Macaron (with lemon filling) – $5.99

They’re sweet. Is a macaron that isn’t worth your six dollars? One this large may be difficult to conceive or manage. Once you make the plunge, however, your financial and culinary commitment is instantly validated. Don’t be afraid to bite into the endearing decorative features. Akin to white chocolate accents on wedding cake, they are meant to be enjoyed, not fussed over, and certainly not preserved for any misplaced sentiment.

The soft yet crunchy exterior blends nicely with the cream filling, as cute as it is delicious.

Alpha Broccolius Parfait (Layers of soft mint ganache, green cake, white chocolate mousse, cookies and cream streusel, and whipped topping) – $6.99

This adorable parfait was also a hit. It was not overly sweet and we enjoyed the fun green color. If we had to pick what this tasted like it reminded us of frozen Thin Mint Girl Scout cookies. That being said, who themes a dessert to broccoli?

There are plenty of layers of chocolate and cake with a hint of mint.

We would definitely get this again if only for the adorable Alien decoration.

You should hurry to Disneyland Park if you want to try these items, as they’re only on our planet from November 8th, 2019 to January 6th, 2020. Of course, if this inspires you to seek out other new offerings, check out our complete listings of every holiday item at Disneyland Park here!
