So, based on the ingredient list, the only pumpkin in this is in the form of spices in the dough. It’s more or less filled with a maple syrup concoction, but still not too heavy. The pretzel is baked with cinnamon and the filling isn’t overly sweet. You don’t really get a lot of the spice taste in the pretzel itself though, it just tastes like an unsalted stuffed pretzel.
It defnitely reminds us more of a breakfast food than a pretzel. It is certainly not bad, but it may need to be rebranded. Those looking for pumpkin flavor will probably be disappointed.
On a side note, cast members also told us that they were not making anymore of them today. We do not know why.
