So, based on the ingredient list, the only pumpkin in this is in the form of spices in the dough. It’s more or less filled with a maple syrup concoction, but still not too heavy. The pretzel is baked with cinnamon and the filling isn’t overly sweet. You don’t really get a lot of the spice taste in the pretzel itself though, it just tastes like an unsalted stuffed pretzel.
