ANALYSIS: How Much Will The 2019 EPCOT Festival of the Holidays Cost You? Use This Spreadsheet to Find Out!

It’s the most wonderful time of the year, for you (but not your bank account!) The 2019 Festival of the Holidays, taking place at EPCOT, is in full swing and with 27 different locations selling specialty items for the festival, it may be wise to plan out your treats and budget how to spend your money wisely.

That’s why we here at WDWNT are happy to provide you with a handy dandy cost calculator. With every item from the festival this year listed, our cost calculator will help you figure out much money you need to be asking Santa for this year.

We hope this tool helps you plan your visit to the 2019 festival and be sure to check out all of our reviews and menus at wdwnt.holiday, including our FREE PDF GUIDE!

As we did last year we are providing the cost calculator spreadsheet as both a Google Sheet and a downloadable Excel spreadsheet. We also retained the improvements from last year such as columns to classify items. Columns are also provided to include the location of the booth in the park, the item type (food, wine, beer, alcoholic beverage, or non-alcoholic beverage), notation as to whether the item is a new item this year, and gluten-friendly items. All these columns are sortable and filterable. If you have any questions or comments, or suggestions for enhancements, let us know in the comments below!

To use the calculator, simply put numbers into the green area to designate which items to add to your calculated total. There are 4 columns for this purpose, so you can up to three friends can use one sheet. (After you make a copy in your own Google Drive, you can share it with others!)

Google Sheets version:

Click here or copy and paste this link into your web browser: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ESZZMXJG8cpZpAZ6I0Y5M-xm5pz09THZ55Vagz5dIn4/copy

You should be prompted to make a copy of the sheet. Click yes, and it will create a copy of the sheet in your own Google Drive.

If it does not prompt you to make a copy but instead just opens the sheet, it will be read-only. If this happens, click the three dots and select “Share & export” then click “Make a copy” and this will create the editable copy in your Google Drive.
