Bright Suns from Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Galaxy’s Edge! This morning, we decided to arrive at the park at 6:30 a.m. to check out the crowds and opening for Rise of the Resistance, since it has been open for a full week now. Let’s check it out!
Hundreds and hundreds of people were outside waiting to enter the park this morning.
Around 6:44 a.m., we began moving toward the entrance.
As soon as we entered the park, we saw everyone else halt to start booking their boarding groups for Rise of the Resistance. In order to reserve a group, you must first be scanned into the park.
We went on back to Galaxy’s Edge to check out the crowd level. It was surprisingly pretty empty. Guests walked calmly to that section of the park or went elsewhere to ride other attractions.
If you ever wanted to take a picture in the market or in front of any of the vehicles without dozens of other families in the background, this is the time to do so!
With cooler weather moving in, Disney has introduced a Black Spire Hot Chocolate at Kat Saka’s Kettle popcorn stand and Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo.
The boarding group reservations were all gone by 8 a.m. today.
Over at The Darkroom, we found this adorable Minnie Mouse Phone Flipper for $12.99.
And this awesome Star Wars vehicles case for $29.99.
What the heck is going on with this weird little Santa?
The line at the Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company by Tower of Terror was crazy long. Those 6:30 a.m. rope drop days are hard on everyone.
These creepy babies freak me out every time.
Gertie seems a little under the weather today.
Several of the limited release 2019 Artist Series ornaments are still available at Stage 1 Company Store.
I wish I was as cool as this Mona Lisa. Where can we get those shades?
That’s all for today at Disney’s Hollywood Studios! Tune in next time with WDW News Today to see what new and exciting things we can find!
