Hello from Disney’s Hollywood Studios! It’s a nice cool winter day and the sun is out, so let’s see what’s happening around the park.
Immediately upon arriving at the park, we noticed that construction hedges have been positioned around the work site at the front entrance. Obviously, it’s an attempt to keep prying eyes out.
In Mickey’s of Hollywood, we spotted a new youth 2020 zip-up hoodie.
An embroidered Mickey and Minnie are on the front as well as the 2020 logo. A screen-printed Chip and Dale play around the numbers.
A studded castle adds glitz to the back of the jacket.
The hood features a fun print with the park icons and characters.
A glittery retro Walt Disney World logo lines the sleeve. This jacket retails for $44.99.
Across the street in The Darkroom, we found this festive Flurry of Fun phone case at the D-Tech on Demand station. Buzz Lightyear hangs Christmas lights on a toy block Tower of Terror. (It’s the same toy block projection used during Sunset Seasons Greetings.)
As we were walking towards Galaxy’s Edge, we spotted some promotional filming happening in front of the Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple stage.
This adorable pup was relaxing in Tatooine Traders.
There’s always a reason to celebrate, especially when you’re not on the menu!
Sections of Galaxy’s Edge were closed due to filming and preparations for the December 4th media event to celebrate Rise of the Resistance’s opening.
Further into Galaxy’s Edge, we were met by Rey hiding from Storm Troopers. She had the help of two young Batuu visitors.
A new Jango Fett helmet souvenir cup is now available at Hollywood Studios.
We were able to purchase it at Anaheim Produce on Sunset Boulevard. For the mug alone, it’s $9.00 and with a drink, it’s $13.19 without tax.
Across the park at Star Wars Launch Bay, more Mandalorian merchandise has arrived and is now on display.
Funkos of Kuiil and Cara Dune were on the shelves. IG-11 was the first Funko from the series to arrive, but we’ve yet to see The Mandalorian one.
Each figurine is $14.99.
On Sunset Boulevard, Jack Diamond and Beau Wrangler were engaged in a heated magic trick duel. SPOILER ALERT: Neither one of them was a skilled magician.
Beau was attempting to wow the crowd with a flashy trick reveal to get them on his side.
Jack used a volunteer from the crowd for his card trick…which he had rigged.
Inside of Beverly Sunset Boutique, we found this youth t-shirt dedicated to our favorite giant bird, Kevin. This Up-inspired tee retails for $19.99.
In Legends of Hollywood, we found a Frozen 2 slap bracelet with all the stars from the movie. It’s $9.99 individually or when bundled with three, $7.00.
“Help me!” At Tower of Terror, someone came up with a creative way to display a lost glove.
Well that completes our day here at Hollywood Studios. We hope you enjoyed following along with us. Remember to check WDWNT for all of the latest Disney Parks news!
