Good morning from The Magic Kingdom! It’s a Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah Day and we are so glad to have you join us on our stroll through the park! Let’s see what’s going on in the Most Magical Place on Earth.
It seems that everyone else ran to Disney’s Hollywood Studios for the opening of Rise of the Resistance, leaving Magic Kingdom with pretty low wait times all day!
Peter Pan’s Flight was only 40-55 minutes throughout the day.
”it’s a small world” was a whopping 10 minutes around 10 am.
Haunted Mansion was only 20 minutes.
And Splash Mountain at a measly 10 minutes. It’s way too cold to go down the waterfall today!
We came across this kinda creepy little doll staring at us from a window of a row house at Liberty Square Market.
Yikes. Anyone have a name suggestion for her?
In the Briar Patch gift shop, we saw this cute sleepy Minnie Mouse curled up in a cubby. Same, Minnie. Same.
Magic Kingdom ducks must be the happiest birds in the universe.
At Casey’s Corner, the Citizens of Main Street put on a little song and dance and even told some jokes about hot dogs!
The best hot dog joke:
What do you call a hot dog in Antarctica?
An extremely chili/chilly dog!
We ran into the Move It! Shake It! MousekeDance It! parade and saw Panchito shake his tail feathers.
Clarice serving up sass.
And the main mouse himself, Mickey, waving to all his adoring fans!
In front of Big Top Souvenirs we ran across the Main Street Philharmonic playing Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah and a few Christmas tunes.
On the way out of the park, we noticed that the new walkway between Disney’s Contemporary Resort and The Magic Kingdom is now open! To see more photos and a video of the new walkway, check out our full story on it here.
That’s all for The Magic Kingdom today! Check back with us soon for more magic at your favorite Disney World parks.
