PHOTOS: New Guest Relations Lobby Now Open at International Gateway in EPCOT

The new EPCOT Guest Relations lobby at International Gateway recently got some very classic-looking updates. This Guest Relations location is near the Disney Skyliner station between the security screening area and the MagicBand checkpoint, right next to the new ticket windows.

We hope you’ll only have to go to Guest Relations for good news. But if not, the room will definitely cheer you up while you wait! Let’s take a tour.

The outside of Guest Relations has a very European feel, helping you seamlessly transition into the France or the United Kingdom pavilions.

As you approach the lobby, you’ll see the entrance door to the right and exit to the left.

The first thing you notice is that the lobby is very small—but it’s also very pretty!

The ceiling detailing is beautiful, with overhead lighting in the style of Tiffany lamps.

Here’s an up close look at the Art Nouveau-style wallpaper, which features flowers. The winding stems reflect the ceiling details.

The lobby actually feels very much like the Magic Kingdom’s Main Street U.S.A., or the Victorian design of Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.

There are a few computers to assist Cast Members with guests.

The desks match wooden paneling on the walls.

But the most important thing about Guest Relations is the wonderful Cast Members. They’re ready to help make your Walt Disney World visit snag-free!
