As we come to the end of a decade, new Disneyland merchandise is here to remind us of the past. Two new tee-shirts are now available for purchase at World of Disney in Downtown Disney District.
White Disneyland 35th Anniversary Tee – $34.99
In 1990, Disneyland Park turned 35 years old. This shirt will send you right back to the ’90s with its bright neon colors.
This shirt shows Sorcerer Mickey adding some extra magic to a geometric version of Sleeping Beauty Castle. The bright colors pop on this white shirt and make us reminisce of the years of Videopolis and Michael Eisner.
Grey Fantasyland Pinocchio Tee –Â $34.99
In 1983, Fantasyland experienced a significant renovation, which included the creation of one of my favorite attractions, Pinocchio’s Daring Journey. This shirt shows our most beloved little wooden boy with his official conscience, Jiminy Cricket. The main fabric is grey with little bits of white subtly mixed in, as well as navy sleeve endings and collar.
Fantasyland is presented in the same red font from the New Fantasyland renovation advertisements in 1983. And of course, we can’t forget Tinkerbell sprinkling some pixie dust to pull it all together.
