Hello from Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom! Come along with us on our trip around the park to see what all is new.
At The Emporium on Main Street, we noticed some of the pricing for keychains and magnets has changed up.
Usually, the “teal” price option is available for $7.99. But all of the stands in this area of the shop changed teal to $12.99.
We spotted these adorable leggings. The black pair is covered in park icons and rides, and the red pair features Minnie bows and polka dots. Both are $39.99.
Next we ran across this… interesting watercolor/acid wash/tie dye collection.
There are several pieces, and they all feature tags with a warning that the colors bleed and ruin your other clothes. Purchase at your own risk!
As we walked down Main Street, we caught a glimpse of all the Citizens of Main Street singing and telling jokes together! Everyone is back to their normal, non-holiday garb.
It was cold enough that this temporary hot beverage cart was placed on Main Street.
The Country Bear Jamboree was set to open at 11 a.m. today. But at 11:30 a.m., there was a line waiting outside for the show to open. A Cast Member told us they were experiencing “technical difficulties”; the bears were back up and running by noon.
Splash Mountain is currently closed for refurbishment. Construction walls and scaffolding were up, and we could hear lots of hammering and loud noises.
By about 1 p.m., the park was super crowded! Lots of visitors swarmed Tomorrowland.
On the way out of the park, we saw the Main Street Trolley Show singing their hearts out about walkin’ right down the middle of Main Street, U.S.A.!
