Refurbishment of Magic Kingdom’s City Hall is now underway. Our reporters noticed scrim up on the side of City Hall this morning.

Work on the exterior seems to be limited to this one wall located near the outdoor meet and greet location.

Work extends from the ground all the way to the roof of the multi-story building.

City Hall remains open during the refurbishment, so we have to assume the work is limited to simple cosmetic updates on the facade.

Scope of the refurbishment is not known at this time, but it is likely the entire facade could receive some work in multiple phases.
