Even while Tokyo DisneySea is closed, it’s pretty easy to get a look at the cherry blossoms in bloom around the park entrance. The picnic area adjacent to Tokyo DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta has the largest concentration of cherry blossom trees at the whole resort. And if you know anything about Japan, it’s that we’re pretty big on our cherry blossoms. So, let’s take a gander at what the bloom looks like this season!

This is the Tokyo DisneySea picnic area. As you can see, most of the cherry blossom trees are in bloom right now. It’s normally a beautiful spot to sit under, but we can’t access it right now. These walkways are as close as we can get.

It’s such a beautiful sight, and very uniquely Japanese. At a park with few direct nods to Japan, having a significant cherry blossom area feels like a wonderful homage. Since cherry blossoms are only in bloom for a couple of weeks, we unfortunately won’t get the chance to see the trees inside the parks. But these are really quite beautiful. What do you think?
