PHOTO REPORT: Disneyland Resort 08/22/2020 (New Halloween Displays, Disneyland Hotel Update, Weekend Crowds, and More!)

Over at Disneyland Resort, the Halloween season is slowly starting to begin. From new decorations to loads of new merchandise, we can’t wait for these next few months. Join us on our latest visit to check it out for yourself!

Disneyland Drive – Tram Route

Disneyland Dr.

Last week we noticed a new sound system had been installed along the parking structure tram route at Disneyland Resort. While driving by today, we realized the background music had been turned off.

Disneyland Hotel

The Disneyland Hotel is still closed to guests, but the area isn’t entirely dormant. Along the Frontier tower, we noticed many Mobile Mini storage units set up along with tarp coverings.

Disneyland Hotel Construction

This may have something to do with the upcoming 12-story Disney Vacation Club tower being added alongside the Fantasy, Adventure, and Frontier towers at the Disneyland Hotel.

As we expected with it being a weekend, Downtown Disney Parking hit capacity multiple times throughout the day. Parking remains stalled until cars are able to enter.

World of Disney Virtual Queue

To join the virtual queue for World of Disney today, you still have to make your way over to the tram loading station across the walkway from the store.
