Room service fans, rejoice! In-Room Dining has returned to Walt Disney World Resort hotels with the reopening of Disney’s Yacht Club Resort. The service began just last week on August 20, with the resort officially reopening to guests today following the departure of several NBA teams that were being housed there for the restart of the 2019-2020 season.

If you’re familiar with In-Room Dining, you’ll notice that the menu looks slightly different, with a new, streamlined menu available at each resort, featuring select resort specialties—you’ll see a lot of guest favorites from the newly-reopened Ale & Compass listed on the menu below.

Here’s a look at the menu, which now fits on one page, featuring little Minnie Mouse silhouettes in each corner.

Breakfast starts at just $12.00 for the Seasonal Fruit Arrangement, with the full American Breakfast at $24.00. A classic Mickey waffle breakfast will run you $17.00. You can upgrade your breakfast with various accompaniments, and there are Kids’ Breakfast options like a Mickey Frittata or Mini Egg Sandwiches for $11.00.

For Dinner, there is a small selection of Appetizers, like Buffalo Chicken Wings, Lobster and Corn Chowder, and Shrimp Cocktail, plus Entrees like a Bacon and Cheddar Burger, Vegan Protein Bowl, and of course, the Margherita Flatbread Pizza.

Desserts are also available, including a Twelve-Layer Chocolate Cake, Ice Cream by the pint, and a vegan Mango Lemon Pound Cake.

In-Room Dining does come at a price, as most items are slightly upcharged. There’s also a $5.00 delivery charge, plus applicable sales tax, and an 18% service charge added to all orders. However, given the current COVID-19 environment, many guests will want to dine in their own rooms as opposed to at restaurants. In-Room Dining was surprisingly not available with the reopening of most resorts up until now, and we’re excited to see this amenity return.
