We’re getting pretty close to Halloween at Tokyo Disney Resort! And even though the actual events won’t be held in the parks, the Disney Hotels around the resort are preparing to celebrate with some delicious Halloween meals and treats! All of these de-fright-ful delicacies will materialize across the resort on September 3rd, so better decide what you want to try now so you can make a reservation! Let’s dig in, shall we?
Sherwood Garden Buffet
Halloween Special Drink – ¥1400 ($13.26)
At the Tokyo Disneyland Hotel’s Sherwood Garden Buffet, you can find this special Halloween cocktail with grape juice, blackcurrant syrup, lemon juice, club soda, chocolate, and some mint.
Canna
Halloween Precious Canna Course – ¥5500 ($52.07)
For lunchtime at Tokyo Disneyland Hotel’s premium restaurant, Canna, you can get the Precious Canna set with potato mousse and prosciutto stuffed with tarts, salmon marinade and yuzu soy sauce, Greek autumn vegetables, eggplant foam, sea bream poêlé, roasted pork and braised chestnut Italian sausage with ginger and apple accents, black rice, chestnut cake and raisin frangipane, and Kyoho grape sorbet.
Halloween Stylish Canna – ¥11000 ($104.15)
For dinner at Canna, there’s even more fancy fusion food! To start, there’s a beef tongue and hozuki jelly, porcini mushroom foam, and a hazelnut-coffee sauce. Then there’s king crab and pear salad, crab consomme cannelloni, and a pumpkin and teff roll. Up next, there’s truffle-scented scallops with a mochi-tofu mousse, caramelized burdock, and a sunroot potato soup. For the final round of appetizers, you get a karasumi and mussel au jus with steamed sea bass and passe-pierre pistou with tapioca salsa. And that’s all before the main course, which consists of beef fillet poêlé, gingko and marjoram gnocchi, marinated black garlic and figs, and fauquet maroilles cream. And finally, for dessert, you get cassis mousse and molten chocolate lava cake, and a pomegranate sorbet. Quite the meal!
Also at both lunch and dinner, there will be a special drink for ¥1400 with grape juice, tangerine juice, cranberry juice, strawberry syrup, and blackcurrant syrup.
Dreamer’s Lounge
Afternoon Tea Set – ¥4500 ($42.61)
Ah the ever-changing afternoon tea set is a classic. Starting with sandwiches and hors d’oeuvres, there’s a cardamom butternut verrine, marinated beef and pumpkin tartlets, pomegranate, beet, and tuna tartar, blazed eggplant and mushrooms with roast duck, a smoked salmon and avocado sandwich, and cream of purple sweet potato soup. There’s also both a plain and purple sweet potato scone. In desserts, there’s savarin and chestnut cream, cassis mousse, quince and grape tart, and perssimmon sorbet. You also get your choice of a variety of coffees and teas.
Pasta Set – ¥4500 ($42.61)
The evening pasta set features three delicious courses. The appetizers are smoked salmon and marinated mushroom salad and chestnut potage soup. For the entree, you get the choice of spaghetti with purple sweet potato and bacon cream sauce, spaghetti with vegetable-tomato sauce, or spaghetti bolognese. And for dessert, you get the adorable pear and raspberry mousse seen above, as well as pumpkin ice cream.
There’s also a special drink at the Dreamer’s Lounge all day for ¥1400, with mango juice, ginger ale, grenadine syrup, passion fruit syrup, strawberry syrup, grape jelly, chocolate, and whipped cream.
Chef Mickey
There will be a Halloween-themed buffet at Chef Mickey in the Disney Ambassador Hotel, with a number of Halloween-themed items. Characters are not currently appearing at the restaurant due to COVID-19.
Halloween Special Drink – ¥1300 ($12.31)
At dinnertime, a special drink will be available at Chef Mickey with blue syrup, lemonade, orange juice, grape jelly, chocolate, and mint.
Empire Grill
Halloween Lunch Course – ¥4500 ($42.61)
Considering Empire Grill at the Disney Ambassador Hotel is one of Tokyo Disney Resort’s fanciest eateries, the Halloween menu here definitely meets the challenge. First course consists of flatfish and whelk tartar, tiramisu with beets and apples, and spicy tortilla accents. Then, there’s root vegetable minestrone and pumpkin gnocchi. For the main courses, there are three choices—flatfish poêlé with almonds and romesco sauce, served with caramelized fennel and lemon, or grilled confit and marinated pork in adobo sauce, and stewed lentils with a Zinfandel chutney sauce, or a special Empire Grill mix entree for an extra ¥1500. For dessert, you get a cassis semifreddo and pear sorbet with orange chocolate sauce.
Halloween Dinner Set – ¥10000 ($94.68)
It always gets a bit fancier at dinnertime! For dinner, the appetizers are marinated prawns and guacamole with a pomegranate accent and a crustacean sauce aurore. There’s also sautéed chicken oyster and mushrooms with a celery puree truffle sauce, and a barracuda poêlé with eggplant fondant and spicy seafood broth. For entrees, your choices are grilled beef tenderloin with a pumpkin seed crust and baked butternut squash, or caramelized roast duck with blood orange flavor accents and carrots. And for dessert, there’s a chestnut mont blanc with raspberry sorbet. You also get your choice of coffee or tea.
Halloween Special Drink – ¥1300 ($12.31)
If you’re interested in complimenting your meal at Empire Grill with another special drink, with ginseng syrup, Appletizer, tonic water, fresh lemon juice, chervil, and edible flowers. This drink is available at both lunch and dinner.
Tick-Tock Diner
Not to be confused with the popular video app, the Tick-Tock Diner will offer a special sandwich set and drink during this period. The sandwich set is a soy meat keema curry and mushroom open sandwich, an apple and cottage cheese open sandwich, and also comes with onion soup and your choice of soft drink for ¥1650. The special beverage is boysenberry juice, raspberry syrup, blueberry syrup, tonic water, mango coating juice, and chocolate for ¥650.
Hyperion Lounge
Halloween Cake Set – ¥1800 ($17.04)
From 12:00-7:00pm every day (while supplies last, there’s only a limited number every day), you can enjoy an adorable pumpkin cake and a choice of coffee or tea.
Halloween Special Drink – ¥1300 ($12.31)
Perhaps you’re more interested in Instagrammable drinks? The Hyperion Lounge will also offer this pretty neat special drink through spooky season, which contains orange juice, apple juice, blue syrup, green apple syrup, apple pie syrup, Calpis, pumpkin whipped cream, grape sorbet, chocolate, and mint.
Oceano
There will also be a special Halloween buffet for both lunch and dinner at the Hotel MiraCosta’s Oceano.
Halloween Special Drink – ¥1300 ($12.31)
To compliment your buffet, you can also pick up this special sunset-colored drink which contains mango juice, fuji apple juice, blood orange syrup, chocolate, Belrose, Italian parsley, and a sprinkle of gold powder.
BellaVista Lounge
Halloween Lunch Course – ¥5100 ($48.29)
If you’re looking for a delicious lunch while gazing out on Tokyo DisneySea from within Hotel MiraCosta, why not give this lunch set a try? You start off with awao chicken and a mushroom pressé with a purple sweet potato and blackcurrant mustard accent, as well as a pike and gingko trofie pasta. Then the entree is your choice of either steamed flounder with scallops and porcini cream sauce (and you can add shrimp for an extra ¥900), or Iberian pork arrosto with fig agrodolce and gorgonzola. You can have both fish and meat for an extra ¥1500. And for dessert, you get a mont blanc and a pear sorbet with persimmon compote, and your choice of coffee or tea.
Halloween Dinner Set – ¥10700 ($101.31)
If you’re looking for more of a sunset or nighttime view of the incredible Mediterranean Harbor, you can stop in for the dinner set menu instead. Starting appetizers include red seabream carpaccio with pomegranate jelly and caviar, octopus tartar with eggplant puree, black rice and chicken thigh, red wine risotto, and kinmedai impadella with mushroom extract and tarragon oil. For entrees, your choices are bistecca alla fiorentina steak with horseradish creme and ribollita (which can be changed to Japanese beef sirloin for an extra ¥2000), or duck breast arrosto with an aged garlic accent and a potato-beet salad. For dessert, you get a mont blanc and a pear sorbet with persimmon compote, and your choice of coffee or tea, just like at lunch.

Of course, BellaVista Lounge gets its own special drink, available at both lunch and dinner time. The drink contains white grape juice, cranberry juice, Calpis, blue syrup, club soda, lemon jelly, chocolate, Belrose, Italian parsley, and a sprinkle of gold powder.
