V.I.PASSHOLDER Support Phone Line Still Taking Calls for “Unique Circumstances” After Walt Disney World Annual Pass Cancellation Deadline

A day after the deadline for Walt Disney World Annual Pass cancellation and/or refund requests, the V.I.PASSHOLDER Support phone line is still taking calls, albeit for “unique circumstances”.

Wording on the Annual Passholder “Know Before You Go” landing page has been updated to reflect the passing of the deadline, while still encouraging guests with any further questions, concerns or unique circumstances to contact V.I.PASSHOLDER Support for assistance. “We appreciate your patience as we answer all inquiries”, the automated spiel states when you call the (407) 939-7277 number, however no exact wait times are given for guests calling in. The number to call for Annual Passholders on the monthly payment plan is (888) 701-4100, Option 3.

Yesterday, Annual Passholders had until midnight to join the V.I.PASSHOLDER Support phone queue thanks to an extension. However, many reported long waits and even phone lines at full capacity in the evening.

If applicable, refunds to original form of payment can be expected by mid- to late September. If original form of payment is not available, you should expect a check by mid- to late October.
