Walt Disney World has been testing extending hours at the parks on select weekends, and now it seems EPCOT will be seeing an extra hour on two Saturdays in October.

Currently, park hours are 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. On Saturday, October 3 and October 10, EPCOT will be open an extra hour, closing at 8:00 PM instead of 7:00 PM. Typically, EPCOT sees higher crowds on weekends, with Columbus Day weekend bringing in a lot of tourists.

If you’re an Annual Passholder, there is still Disney Park Pass availability at EPCOT for those two weekends, so make sure you book now to take advantage of the extra hour.

Starting November 27, new park hours will be from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Do note that this is not an extension of park hours, but merely an hour shift later into the evening, which may help accommodate nighttime crowds for the start of the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays.
