It looks like Disneyland Resort will be introducing a new self-pay parking system soon. Four kiosks have appeared under a covered location near the resort’s Simba parking lot.
Right now the kiosks are covered and blocked off, so Disney is obviously not ready to implement the system quite yet.
SKIDATA provides several different parking space management technologies, including automatic payment machines such as these.
Guests will be able to pay by cash or card here instead of at the gate as they enter.
It’s unclear if parking tickets from these machines will still be able to be validated by Downtown Disney District restaurants.
