There’s a long Japanese tradition of bringing home gifts called omiyage for friends, family, and coworkers after travelling, usually in the form of snacks or small trinkets. And with dozens of potential choices both permanent and seasonally-themed, Tokyo Disney Resort certainly obliges! Now to celebrate two of their more popular permanent choices, the resort has released two new coffee mugs themed to Chocolate Crunch and Tomato Snacks!
Chocolate Crunch Mug – ¥1400 ($13.35)
Featuring the same art and design as the iconic Chocolate Crunch tin, now you can reminisce over your (and our) favorite Tokyo Disney Resort omiyage every time you sip your drink!
Tomato Snacks Mug – ¥1500 ($14.30)
Tomato Snacks first appeared last year. They come in a massive metal tin and are pasta snacks that supposedly taste like tomato soup. I’ve never had one, but apparently they’re popular enough to have a mug inspired by them! Nonetheless, the retro-style art makes these mugs worth their price alone!
These mugs are now available at both Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea, as well as the Disney Hotel shops. Be sure to grab a mug when you go on your next omiyage run!
