Thanks to this year’s IAAPA Expo, we are getting an inside look at the WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure ride coming to Avengers Campus at Disney California Adventure (and eventually to Walt Disney Studios Paris.)
During an open house at WEB, the aspiring inventors are excited to invite you for a test drive of their latest invention: the “Web Slinger” vehicle, which allows you to sling webs just like Spider-Man! The attraction gives you a taste of what it’s like to have actual super powers as you help Spider-Man collect Spider-Bots that have run amok.
While we got a look at concept art for these ride vehicles back in August 2019, this is our first look at the fully-built vehicles and loading platform. Avengers Campus was initially slated to open this summer at Disney California Adventure, but its opening is now currently postponed as the Disneyland Resort theme parks remain closed.
