With many U.S.A. movie theaters remaining closed and unsafe due to COVID-19, companies are now releasing films on streaming platforms. On the heels of Warner Bros. announcing all their 2021 films would be available on HBO Max, Disney has now announced that the upcoming live-action film, Pinocchio, will be released straight to Disney+.
Pinocchio is expected to debut on Disney+. It will be directed by Robert Zemeckis and Tom Hanks will be playing Geppetto.
Both films will be available for no extra charge to Disney+ subscribers.
