Today the regional stay-at-home-order was lifted in Southern California, and we are already seeing changes in the Downtown Disney District.

Guests are now allowed to eat on property if they are stationary and distanced. The same rules are now in place that were being followed before the stay-at-home-order went into place in December.

Finally guests can enjoy their sweet treats and take-out goodies right after purchasing, either by moving to the side of the walkways or finding a place to sit down.

With the lifting of the order, some eateries have now allowed guests back inside their doors, but only for ordering and pick up, as indoor dining is still restricted.

Black Tap has no dining anywhere yet, and their food is still only available at the pick up window.

Prior to today, the only way to enjoy Salt & Straw was to order on your phone. Now, guests can go inside to look at all of the sweet dessert options!

Other dining options, like La Brea Bakery, are still temporarily closed.

Over in California Adventure, eateries such as Award Wieners, Carthay Circle and Fiddler, Fifer & Practical Café still have their doors closed. We believe this will change soon.
With outdoor eating once again allowed at Disneyland Resort, we expect to see outdoor dining areas and more restaurants open in the next couple of days. Be sure to keep up with WDWNT as more information is released.
