Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic Returns October 29-30, 2021

Construction of the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve isn’t the only news coming from the pair of Michael Graves-designed resorts. The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin has announced its eleventh Food & Wine Classic. The two-day event takes place on the causeway between the resorts on October 29–30, 2021. Experiences will focus on three categories: Eat, Drink, and Learn.

EAT

Guests will be able to sample foods from six different menus.

  • Main Causeway
  • Beer Garden
  • Carnival Corner
  • Chinatown
  • The Pig & The Poke
  • Hang 10 Area

Chefs Todd English, Dan Herman, and Laurent Branlard will be on-site. Swan and Dolphin restaurants like Shula’s Steak House, IL Mulino, Todd English’s bluezoo, and others will also be participating. Full menus have yet to be published.

The Swan and Dolphin encourage guests to savor the flavor.

Sample fine wine, beer and spirits from around the world. This is a great opportunity to sample beverages you may not have thought to try before. Our certified sommeliers will be on hand to answer all questions regarding choosing the right wine for your meal or celebration.

LEARN

Guests will be able to expand their knowledge of food, wine, beer, spirits, and sake. Seminars like Wine Blending, Craft Cocktails, Fine Art of Sushi and Sake, and Pasta Making, among others, will be offered.

The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort is also offering dining mini-events in January and February.

  • A Taste of Swan & Dolphin (January 16 and February 27)
  • The Big Game Tailgate Party (February 7)
