REVIEW: Royal Majesty Cake Pop Returns to Magic Kingdom for Valentine’s Day Weekend

A limited-time treat from last year has returned to the Magic Kingdom for Valentine’s Day. This Royal Majesty Cake Pop was previously available during Disney Villains After Hours as a Queen of Hearts snack.

This year, it’s available at some popcorn stands.

Royal Majesty Cake Pop – $4.50

Strawberry-flavored cake pop dipped in red chocolate and coated with sprinkles

It comes wrapped in plastic so you can carry it around a little easier.

This is unlike a traditional cake pop because the interior is not mixed with icing to make it doughy.

It still has a baked consistency, like they just molded and coated a tiny cake. The cake is moist and it’s very good.

The strawberry taste is incredibly mild, with a very gentle spice cake flavor also present.

The red chocolate adds sweetness but not much flavor. The sugar coating adds a nice texture crunch.

As for presentation, we wish the heart shape was more pronounced. But it’s very tasty and we would get it again.
