Welcome to another exciting day here at the Universal Orlando Resort. We started our day over at Universal Studios Florida to see how things are looking around the park ahead of the weekend.

A clever new Coca-Cola Freestyle tumbler has arrived in honor of the Jurassic World VelociCoaster. We purchased one immediately and made our way to the nearest Coca-Cola Freestyle machine. Summer 2021 can’t come soon enough!

One of our other favorite dinosaurs will not be returning to Universal Orlando, though. Peek-A-Boo’s house looks mostly untouched, but the arrival of a high reach in the area has us concerned about what’s going to be removed next. Farewell, old friend.

Wait times were higher than usual for a weekday, but still not too bad. It was more crowded than we expected today, too.

Rosie’s Irish Shop has decorated the entrance with garland and shamrocks for St. Patrick’s Day.

Finnegan’s outdoor dining area has received a new, plastic fence around the area. It looks a lot better than the metal barricades that were here.

The NBC Sports Grill and Brew has a small tent that looks like a possible bar, set up near the entrance for The Players Championship.

A few more props have been added around the Universal Studios Store, including this large camera.

Fans of Metal Earth can find Universal Studios Hollywood models for $25 each inside the Islands of Adventure Trading Company.

The weather is beautiful today. It’s the perfect day for a trip to Sneetch Beach.

We’re not looking forward to Spring Break crowds, especially here in the Wizarding World. It’s crowded even on slow days.

A little more foliage has gone in along the walls of the patio behind Three Broomsticks in an attempt to help camouflage the Wizarding World when VelociCoaster opens this summer.

Jurassic World VelociCoaster was doing more testing today, including rollback testing.

The dinosaur skull has returned to the Jurassic Park Outfitters sign. We love seeing all the updates around this area of the park ahead of the grand opening of VelociCoaster.

That’s all for this visit the Universal Orlando Resort. Thanks for joining us today around the parks and make sure to stay tuned to WDWNT and Universal Parks News Today for all the latest updates.
