As part of the fun springtime desserts offered at the Walt Disney World Resort, a new Bunny Mousse Dome has hopped into Amorette’s Patisserie at Disney Springs.

Carrot cake, with coconut ice cream mousse, and a caramel cream cheese center

The presentation of this dessert is adorable as it emulates a bunny burrowing into grass.

The tail and grass are made of colored coconut shreds.

Even if you aren’t a huge fan of coconut, you may still like this dessert!

This is a subtle dessert as the flavors are all very mild, but it’s still good. The coconut mousse is comprised of a gentle coconut flavor. It’s almost unrecognizable.

The caramel mousse inside is sweet and creamy, with a light caramel flavor. The carrot cake at the bottom is soft, but it’s firm enough to hold the mousse. Although it’s a super delicate dessert, it’s very tasty.

Hidden crispy pearls inside and coconut flakes on the outside give a little bit of fun texture.

Overall, this is a nice toned-down dessert and we would get it again!
