PHOTO REPORT: EPCOT 4/2/21 (Innoventions East Ceiling Work, Construction Walls in Morocco Pavilion, New Apparel, and More)

Hey everyone! Here is one last fact about that big golf ball perched at the front of the park, also known as Spaceship Earth: As you all may know, Disney Imagineers are both very detail-oriented and story-based on the things they create. In the Egyptian scene during the ride, the hieroglyphics are legitimate and can be translated.

Anyways, we enter the park and see that the Spaceship Earth still has walls in front of it.

Over at Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, no work is being done on the building. But this picture still shows that they’re working on something in the surrounding area at the moment.

At Innoventions East, window covers were removed and we were able to get a view into the ceiling work being done inside.

To give you an idea of what the weather was like, it was a perfect temperature, without a cloud in the sky.

We encountered some signage for a new experience called “Growing the Future” presented by Murata. There’s currently no other information on what it is and it hasn’t started yet, but we’ll update you once it does.

The water fountain over at the Imagination Pavilion is barely flowing this morning.

The Three Caballeros are still not home, but we are hopeful for their return sometime this spring.

The back of the Morocco Pavilion was walled up and you can find more information on this in our article here.

Work continues on the bridge in the Italy Pavilion.

We found this guy at Mouse Gear in addition to the other keychains that are sure to charm the Disney foodie.

We also found this tropical Mickey Mouse shirt at Mouse Gear with some other summertime fun shirts! Keep an eye out on our website for more information.

Taking a stop at The Seas with Nemo and Friends, the coral was getting a thorough cleaning by the dive team. The coral in the aquarium is Disney-made so maintenance is key.

We picked up his Passholder pin over at the Pin Trading Headquarters. Though it isn’t new, it was just recently restocked and retails for $9.99.

Anyways, like the sign says, thanks for joining us, and tune in next time for some more photos and witty banter!
