There’s more to celebrate at the Magic Kingdom! Mulan and Moana have joined the character lineup for meet-and-greets and cavalcades. Fun fact: Moana and Mulan are the only two of the current 13 official Disney Princesses who are not actually princesses! Mulan became a Disney Princess through her acts of heroism, and Moana is a chief.
The Princess Processional takes place on the traditional parade route at the Magic Kingdom. This is where you’ll find Mulan.
Before the COVID-19 safety procedures changed meet-and-greets, Mulan could be found in the China Pavilion at EPCOT. However, since the parks reopened last year, she had not been seen until today.
The Princesses from the processional also appear at the Main Street Station at Main Street, USA, for a socially distanced meet and greet opportunity.
Moana has joined the Magic Kingdom Cavalcade, formerly known as the Fantasyland Friends Cavalcade. The new name debuted today alongside Moana.
Moana also joins the socially distanced meet-and-greet.
Make way, make way! Moana of Motunui has arrived.
Moana was even harder to find as she usually only made appearances at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, separately ticketed events that were canceled in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. She also could be found at Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa.
Are you excited to see Mulan and Moana return to the parks?
