Welcome to another exciting day at the Universal Orlando Resort. It’s going to be a very busy day, so let’s get started at Universal Studios Florida.
If you’re coming for Early Park Admission, make sure you get to the park early. Because only one park is open early, the lines to get in can be long.
Central Park Crepes has updated their menu for summer. A new seasonal crepe has replaced the Mardi Gras crepe and a new plant based option has replaced the Vegan Sausage. You can read our full reviews of the new Raspberry and Passion Fruit Cream crepe and Plant Based Chick’n crepe here.
The curse is real!
Many attractions have brought back single rider lines and are filling every seat in every row. This helps greatly reduce the wait times around the parks.
As we made our way through CityWalk to Islands of Adventure, we stop to appreciate the beautiful sky.
The U-Rest signs have now been updated with the new 3 foot distancing rule.
Jurassic World VelociCoaster has been having technical rehearsals lately. The wait time was only 60 minutes when we stopped by. The single rider like was also open.
The Jurassic Park Discovery Center recently became home to the VelociCoaster store, but the old exhibits seems to be slowly coming back to life now. There are a few tables for dining at the Burger Digs, still, but many of them have been pushed off to the side so the exhibits can be accessible to the guests.
The eggs in the nursery are piled up in one case, but the machines aren’t functional yet.
Most of the screens aren’t on, but you can still play You Bet Jurassic and play around with the DNA Sequencing.
Hopefully, the Jurassic Park Discovery Center gets brought back to life again. Life finds a way.
Fans of the new Mr. DNA merchandise line will want to check out the new merchandise in Jurassic Park. You can see more of the latest merchandise in our post here.
Camp Jurassic is getting a few more touch ups after reopening. We spotted some of the fences getting replaced near the entrance of the playground.
We stopped in to Captain America Diner to try the new Double Crunch Chicken Sandwich. You can read our review here.
The Spider-Man meet and greet in the Alterniverse Store has returned. You can see more about this photo op in our post here.
After more than 10 years, the “Godfather of Seuss Landing” is retiring on Saturday. We wish Conductor Bob all the best!
That’s all for this visit to the Universal Orlando Resort. Thanks for joining us around the parks today and be sure to stay tuned for more updates!
