To celebrate the Fourth of July, Anandapur Bus in Disney’s Animal Kingdom has a Star-Spangled Sundae this week. We cooled down with this patriotic snack during our visit today.

Star-Spangled Sundae – $6.49

Blueberry and vanilla soft-serve topped with strawberries in a waffle bowl

The blueberry ice cream was subtle and not overly sweet. It doesn’t overpower the vanilla.

The cone bowl and sugar star sprinkles added a nice crunch to the treat.

The strawberry preserves were the kind you would find on a Mickey waffle. They pulled everything together for a not-too-sweet balanced treat.
