To celebrate “Flavors of Florida” at Disney Springs, Amorette’s Patisserie has a limited-time Florida Sunset Éclair.

Florida Sunset Éclair – $10

Blood Orange Mousse, Dulce De Leche Mousse, infused Orange Liquor, and Candied Orange Zest

Though the sign lists the orange liquor infusion, it is optional, so guests can choose to go without it. However, the price is still $10 either way.

The dulce de leche mousse on top is smooth, but not sweet.

The orange crisps and zest on top really pop. They’re the star here, as the flavors are pretty mild otherwise.

The mousse inside is light in blood orange flavor and not overly sweet.

The orange liquor is Grand Marnier. We didn’t taste it on our first, but it hit us like a bus on the second. After that, it was more seamlessly soaked into the cake for a nice balance.

Without the liquor, this is just your average Amorette’s pastry. This isn’t a bad thing, and if you enjoy citrus, you’ll likely enjoy this.
